If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, loss of identity, life transitions, chronic fear, PTSD or trauma, relationship conflict, grief or loss of a beloved, triggers as a Highly Sensitive Person, or spiritual questioning, it is possible to heal: to have inner calm, clarity, peacefulness, self-compassion, authenticity, and empowerment.

I have served for over 30 years as an integrative therapist, specializing in cutting edge neurobiological approaches to healing trauma. Mindfulness, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Parts Work, and Spirituality work synergistically and enhance “talk therapy,” deepen self-understanding, help to shed “old programming,” and invite profound inner healing.
